Thoughts of Syd

Thoughts of Syd is a collaborative project with colleague and writer Sydney Carroll. In this series we created photographic depictions of her personal writings, re-enacting lines and moments from the creation of her works. The photographs explore themes of life, love, friendship, relationship, pain, and happiness. With the use of her own words and handwriting, the series spins the world of art and literature into one, encompassing the emotions and visions of both writer and photographer.
